You can cancel your subscription directly within the Client Portal:
Go to clients.feedbird.com.
Navigate to the specific order.
Select "Manage Subscription."
Click "Cancel."
Our services are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of our creative services subscription and the manual labor involved in content creation.
While we strive for your satisfaction, this is not an "only pay if you like it" service. You are paying for creative deliverables based on your brief and feedback. We're more than happy to make any necessary revisions to ensure the content meets your expectations.
