Social media profiles can sometimes get disconnected from the scheduler due to various reasons, such as changes in account passwords, updates on the social network's end, or expired access tokens.
There are two main scenarios for reconnecting a disconnected page:
Scenario 1: Re-authentication Prompt
If you see a "Has unresolved issues" link under your disconnected page in the Scheduler:
Open your Scheduler: scheduler.feedbird.com
Go to the "Socials" section.
Find the disconnected page and click the "Has unresolved issues" link.
Follow the on-screen instructions and click "Re-authenticate."
π‘Just a heads up: If you ever change your password for any connected page, you'll need to re-authenticate it.
Scenario 2: No Re-authentication Prompt
If there's no prompt to re-authenticate:
Open your Scheduler: scheduler.feedbird.com
Go to the "Socials" section.
Find the disconnected profile.
Click the three dots in the top right corner and select "Remove account."
Confirm the removal.
Click "Add Page" in the "Socials" section.
Choose the relevant social network from the list.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
Important: Please don't forget to let us know once you're done, and we'll reschedule any missed content.
