Step 1: Connect Your Microsoft Ads Account
After installing the app, you'll land on the onboarding screen.
Click “Sign in with Microsoft.”
This grants Muzaara access to your Microsoft Ads account.
Once signed in, select the Microsoft Ads account where you want to run campaigns.
If you don’t have an Ads account:
Click “Create one here.”
Complete the setup on the Microsoft Ads site.
Return to the app and click “Refresh” to fetch updated account info.
Select your desired account and click “Confirm and Proceed.
Step 2: Connect Microsoft Merchant Center
Choose your store from the dropdown list.
Select the appropriate catalog linked to that store.
Click “Save Selected Store and Proceed.”
Step 3: Configure Product Sync Settings
Choose how your products should sync:
Default: Global Format
Other options: SKU or Product ID
If unsure, use Global Format.
Click “Save Changes and Proceed.”
Step 4: Start Product Sync from the Playbook
You’ll be directed to the Playbook screen.
Click “Sync Products” under the Playbook item to begin syncing your product data.
Step 5: Proceed to Product Optimization
Once syncing is complete, you'll be redirected to the Products screen where you can begin optimizing your product data for campaigns.
FAQ / Troubleshooting
Q: I don’t see my Ads account after signing in.
Click “Refresh” to reload the latest accounts from Microsoft.
Q: What format should I use for syncing?
Use Global Format unless you have a specific SKU or Product ID system in place.
Q: Can I change the Ads or Merchant account later?
Yes, these can be modified in the account settings section of the Muzaara app.
