Make sure your passport is valid and has no damage
Check any visa or entry requirements for your destination
Arrange suitable travel insurance as soon as possible after booking your trip
Check in for your trip here

For our Asia trips, we’ll usually add you to your private WhatsApp group around 10 to 14 days before departure. For our Australia trips, it’s usually around 1 week before.
