Sometimes plans need to change along the way. Weather, local conditions, transport, safety or things outside of our control can occasionally mean we need to adjust the itinerary. If that happens, we’ll always do our best to keep the experience as close as possible to what was originally planned.
Everything on the trip is optional too. If there’s an activity you’d rather skip, that’s completely fine. Just let your Group Leader know so they’re aware of your plans and aren’t unexpectedly trying to find you when it’s time for the group to meet again.
We’ll also use your WhatsApp group throughout the trip, so you can always reach your Group Leader there or send them a personal message if you need to.
