How do I cancel my booking and what are the charges?

Written by Team

If your plans have changed, it’s worth speaking to us before cancelling. Depending on how far away your trip is, changing your departure date or putting your booking on hold may be a better option.

If you do decide to cancel, the Lead Booker will need to let us know by email.

Here’s a quick snapshot of the current cancellation policy:

  • More than 60 days before departure: We’ll refund the amount you’ve paid, less £99 per cancelled traveller

  • 60 days or less before departure: The cancellation charge is 100% of the trip price

Depending on the reason for cancelling, it’s also worth checking your travel insurance as you may be covered for certain circumstances.

This is a helpful summary only. Your booking remains subject to our full Terms & Conditions, which will apply if there is any difference between the two.
