All approved affiliates start at 3% commission on the list price of every completed Experience — the price the traveler pays.
The list price is the amount the traveler paid for the Experience itself.
Moving up to 4%
Your rate can rise to 4%, based on how much booking value you generate in a year.
If your completed bookings add up to USD 15,000 or more in a calendar year (1 January to 31 December), your rate moves up to 4%.
The 4% rate applies to all your bookings in the following calendar year.
To keep the 4% rate the year after that, you'll need to reach USD 15,000 again. If you don't, your rate returns to 3%.
What counts toward the USD 15,000 — your GMV
The total that counts toward the threshold is your GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) — the combined value of all completed bookings made through your affiliate links in a calendar year.
Two things to know about how it's measured:
It's based on the list price of each Experience — what the traveler paid for the Experience itself.
Only completed Experiences count. A booking that's been placed but not yet taken doesn't count toward your GMV until the traveler has actually enjoyed the Experience.
A quick example
Say your referred bookings add up to USD 18,000 in completed Experience value during 2026. Because you crossed the USD 15,000 threshold, you'd earn 4% on every booking throughout 2027.
If your 2027 total then comes in under USD 15,000, your rate would return to 3% for 2028.
