How can an Experience Maker register with a different e-mail address on STRIPE?

The Stripe account for Fernwayer payouts needs to be connected to the email you use for logging into the Fernwayer account. This is the only way that Stripe can identify the payouts in our system for your Experiences and send them to your Stripe account. In case you would like to change the e-mail address for which we have sent the STRIPE link, you will need to change your e-mail address on your Fernwayer profile.

Steps:

  1. Sign in to your Fernwayer account

  2. Click My Profile

  3. Clicking the pencil icon next to your name to Edit

  4. Change your email to the desired new e-mail.

  5. Once completed, please send us a chat message to inform us of the change of address and requesting a new link to create your STRIPE account.
