  1. Reason for Offer: Holiday
    We've added a new "Reason for Offer" option: Holiday. To enhance usability, this option will be displayed at the top of the list for easy access rather than in alphabetical order, making it more convenient to use during this holiday season. Happy Offering!

  2. Reporting: Offer Questions Enhancements
    We’ve significantly enhanced how you can view and report on answers to offer questions in our Buyer Report and Sales Report. Here’s what’s new:

    1. A new Question Answers tab featuring an updated reporting format has been added.

    2. Each question now has its column, allowing you to view all answers for a given question quickly.

    3. The report will indicate whether a question was an offer or follow-up question and specify if it was asked by ticket or order.

    4. For ticket-level questions, each ticket will be listed separately within each order.

  3. Buyer Report - Order Adjustment Tab - Add Columns

    We’ve added new columns for 'First Name,' 'Last Name,' and 'Email' to the Order Adjustment tab in our Buyer and Sales Reports. This update enhances visibility by quickly identifying which customers had changes made to their orders.

  4. Inventory, Reimagined Updates
    We are making significant progress on enhancing the Open Inventory selection experience. This will enable us to introduce more extensive features in the future. If you want to learn more and participate in our early rollout and feedback collection, please get in touch with your FEVO Success Rep.

  • Inventory Card Updates: Inventory cards now feature new icons and display the quantity in each Inventory Set for improved clarity.

  • Expand / Collapse for Details: Users can expand or collapse inventory cards to access more details, such as sections, quantities, and a pricing summary, enhancing navigation and usability.

  • Hide / Show Sections: You can now show or hide sections directly within the Inventory tab, eliminating the need to enter edit mode for quick adjustments.

  • Clickable Icons for Editing: Attribute icons are now clickable, allowing you to navigate to each attribute for viewing and management quickly.

    Note: This feature is only available for TM Archtics, TDC, and PAC. Other integrations are coming soon.

TDC

  1. TDC: Post-Purchase Update “Get Your Tickets” Text
    The account information in the TDC post-purchase section is now more explicit and user-friendly, ensuring a smoother experience for reviewing post-purchase details.

FGT

  1. Support Enterprise Venue Maps
    Interactive venue maps are now available in Front Gate Ticket offers. Customers can easily view and select their seats for an enhanced purchasing experience.

  2. Offer Cart - Inventory Bucketing Order

    Front Gate Offers now support custom sorting for Inventory Buckets, allowing users to create buckets in any desired order with any ticket type and have that exact order honored in both the Bucket model and the Offer Cart. This enhancement ensures the display sequence accurately reflects the intended presentation, which is particularly valuable for music offers where ticket order impacts the customer experience.

AXS

  1. AXS: Discount Codes - Price Code Override
    We’re excited to announce support for AXS Price Code overrides within our Discount Code feature! Applying a discount on a FEVO order can automatically set tickets to a specified AXS Price Code, provided the Override Price Code is available for the event in the AXS offer.

    Note: You’ll need the 5-digit AXS Price Code ID from the Back Office. If you need assistance locating it, please contact your Box Office or Ticket Operations team.

  2. AXS: Email Confirmation - Customize AXS Button + Text

    You can now personalize the AXS App download button in the FEVO order confirmation emails with your own custom image and message.
