Cart Deeplink Enhancements
Deeplinks for Multi-Game Offers now support automatic cart opening and new parameters for checkout and confirmation, making it easier for shoppers to complete their purchase. This update simplifies the flow and improves conversion.

ID.me Updates
When users add more than one Offer to their checkout, ID.me fields now pre-fill into FEVO to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Enhanced Searching within the Discounts / Promotions Hub

You can now search for specific discount or promo codes right from the top of the Discounts and Promotions sections in the Codes Hub.

Add-Ons - Multiple Integrated Items in one Add-On

Available for: Archtics, TDC, PAC, and AXS
You can now include multiple ticket and buyer types in one integrated add-on, with support for min/max settings and quantity matching across all items

Event Editing Now Limited to Sales Managers

To ensure accuracy, users other than the Sales Manager level will no longer see options to edit events. This helps prevent unintended changes and keeps your event setup running smoothly.

Social Leaderboard Stats Rollup

We are excited to introduce a new Leaderboard Summary section in the Social Sharing → Leaderboard tab. This enhancement aggregates and displays the total Tickets Influenced, Orders Influenced, and Revenue Influenced for each offer at a glance.

Inventory, Reimagined Updates

Available for Archtics, TDC, and PAC users only

This release delivers key enhancements to the Inventory Reimagined experience. Here's a breakdown of the new features:

  • Offer Bulk Edit Enhancements – We've integrated the Inventory Reimagined tool into the Offer Bulk Edit feature. Now, you can easily update or replace inventory across multiple offers at once, adjusting single or multiple inventory sets with greater flexibility.

  • Improved Sold Out / No Inventory Messaging – Enhanced messaging now provides clearer communication when inventory is either sold out or no longer accessible.

  • Section Description Updates – We've refined how section descriptions are set and displayed in the cart to better align with user expectations.

  • Conditions Tooltips & Help Text – Added tooltips and help text to improve clarity around how to use Conditions effectively.

Email Confirmation - Remove Archtics Order Number

We've removed the “Archtics Order #” field from order confirmation emails, as it was not providing useful information.

PAC

Email Confirmation - Remove PAC Order Number

We've removed the “PAC Order #” field from order confirmation emails, as it was not providing useful information.


Front Gate Tickets

Support Onsale / Offsale Times
We've added new customization options to the automated sales report email for FGT. Now, you can choose to hide revenue and/or ticket types, making it easier to share specific data with external users while keeping sensitive sales data private.

AXS

Integrated Add-Ons “Admissions” Offer Name Adjustment
We've updated Add-Ons to better align with AXS functionality and how AXS events work in FEVO. Now, Add-Ons can be included in any AXS Offer within Enterprise. Additionally, the event will automatically default to the Offer’s event, as these are currently the only AXS Add-Ons supported in FEVO.

Order Adjustment - Cancel Ticket

We've added support for automatically dropping orders in AXS Back Office through the "Cancel & Release" Order Adjustment. When an Order Adjustment is approved, the sale and payment will be canceled directly in AXS Back Office. Note: This functionality is not supported for Ticket Adjustments.

Non-Integrated (FEVO Inventory): Exact Seat Manifest

Our team has been hard at work developing a new centralized seating manifest for FEVO Inventory, enabling section, row, and seat management at the event level. This enhancement allows multiple offers to pull from the same inventory, streamlining seat management and improving efficiency.
