Tips for avoiding errors in FEVO Enterprise

Setting an expiration for reserved tickets in ProVenue

If reserved tickets have an expiration set in ProVenue, the sales deadline in FEVO Enterprise must be before that date/time. Otherwise group buyers will try to purchase tickets that are not available and will receive errors.

Manipulating tickets in ProVenue

If tickets are manipulated on the account in ProVenue in any way after they are imported to FEVO Enterprise (e.g., repricing), buyers will get errors when trying to purchase and will not be able to buy.  Follow these steps to fix:

  1. Delete the unsold tickets from FEVO Enterprise.

  2. Release the tickets from the account in ProVenue.

  3. Reserve the tickets back onto the account in ProVenue.

  4. Import the tickets back into FEVO Enterprise.

Removing tickets from the ProVenue account

Removing tickets from an account in ProVenue without removing them from the FEVO Enterprise account first will cause errors when a buyer tries to purchase one of those tickets.  Tickets must always be removed from FEVO Enterprise prior to being removed from an account in ProVenue.
