Introducing the Media Library: Say goodbye to re-uploading the same images! You now have a dedicated Media Library to easily store, manage, and reuse images across all your offers, ensuring brand consistency and saving you valuable time.
TM Archtics Discounted Price Sync: We're thrilled to announce that tickets can now be pushed back into Ticketmaster Archtics at the FEVO-discounted price. This makes for a much simpler reconciliation process and more accurate sales reporting.
Custom Drag-and-Drop Sorting for Add-Ons: You can now reorder your add-ons with a simple drag-and-drop tool! This gives you full control to customize the purchase flow and strategically highlight the items you want buyers to see first.
New Flex Plan Restrictions: Gain more control over your multi-event packages. You can now apply restrictions directly to a Flex Plan offer, adding a verification step to ensure only eligible fans can access exclusive bundles.

Introducing the Media Library: Say goodbye to re-uploading the same images! You now have a dedicated Media Library within your organization's settings to easily upload, store, and reuse images across all your offers, saving you time and maintaining perfect brand consistency.
Custom Drag-and-Drop Sorting for Add-Ons: You asked, we listened! You now have the power to drag and drop your add-ons to customize their display order. This gives you more control over the buyer's journey and allows for a more strategic presentation of items.
Redesigned Group Details: We've streamlined the Group Details tab on your offers! All your settings—Media, Appearance, Restrictions, and more—are now in a convenient slide-out panel, making it quicker and more intuitive to manage your group configurations.
"Keep Shopping" Option for Mobile: For a smoother mobile experience, a "Keep Shopping" option will now appear on the cart page for Group Landing Pages with multiple offers. This allows buyers to easily go back and add other offers to their purchase, helping to increase order size.
Flex Plan Purchase Flexibility: We've made it easier for your customers to buy with confidence. If a buyer decides to go back from their cart in a Flex Plan, a new message will clarify that their held tickets are being released, creating a smoother and more intuitive shopping experience.
Locked Email Address for Gated Promos: For enhanced security, the “Lock email at checkout” setting is now the default for all promotions gated by email or domain.
Consistent Promo Code Logic: We’ve updated our logic for promotional codes. The setting “Can customers use this code more than once?” will now consistently control how many times an individual customer can apply a code, making your promotions easier to manage.
TM Archtics
Discounted Price Sync: This is a huge one! We will now push tickets back into Ticketmaster Archtics at the price they were discounted to in FEVO. This update streamlines financial reconciliation without impacting your existing Ticket Types or Price Codes and will save significant time in accounting and reporting.
FEVO Inventory
QR Code Color Coding: For events using our General Admission inventory, you can now set a custom border color for each ticket type's QR code. This allows for more visual customization and branding on digital tickets.
Automatic On/Off Sale Times: For events using our General Admission inventory, you can now set specific on and off sale dates and times for each ticket type in your offer. Your inventory will automatically become available or hidden based on the schedule you set, giving you precise control over your sales window.
More Accurate Reporting: We've updated the Buyer and Sales reports for Exact Seat and General Admission inventory. The Ticket Type column will now display the specific ticket type sold, giving you a more precise look at your sales data.

Automated Opponent Logos: Save time with opponent logos that now automatically appear on offers for MLB, NBA, NHL, and MLS events, giving your pages a professional look.
A Cleaner Look for Group Landing Pages: Enjoy a more professional appearance on your multi-day and custom copy event pages, as we now hide "TBA" from view.
Enhanced Data Security: To improve security, the "FEVO Smart Email" option has been removed from the Group Leader Dashboard. Group Leaders can still easily communicate with their groups using their own preferred email client.
