Social Checkout™ Cart Upgrades (BETA)
What's New:
The Social Checkout™ design got some upgrades: a clean, step-by-step purchase flow designed for mobile — where roughly 80% of our traffic comes from — with matching improvements on desktop. This release includes:
Single Ticket Type flow: a streamlined path through section, row, seat, checkout, and payment.
Bundle offers: the cart showcases bundle cards highlighting the name, included inventory, price, availability, and an image; no seat selection required.
Odd seat group warnings: buyers are alerted when their selected quantity would leave an awkward extra seat or two, with those seats clearly marked in the seat picker.
Desktop experience: a split-panel layout keeps order details visible while buyers complete checkout.
Flex Plan: Add Inventory to New Tiers (AXS & PAC)
What's New:
You can now add inventory sets to Flex Plan tiers created after the plan was initially set up, closing a gap that previously required rebuilding the plan to complete configuration.
Common use cases:
Post-launch tier expansion: Add a new Flex Plan tier after setup and attach the required inventory set without rebuilding the plan.
AXS and Paciolan builds: Complete inventory configuration for new tiers on supported AXS and PAC Flex Plan workflows.
Fix incomplete setups: Correct an incomplete tier setup without using workarounds or recreating the Flex Plan.
Cleaner Validation on Buyer-Facing Copy
What's New:
Discount instructions and access modal text now follow consistent character limits and handle blank or whitespace-only entries the same way across the board — so operators get predictable feedback and buyers never see broken or empty messaging.
Access Restriction Messaging — More Consistent
What's New:
When multiple access restrictions apply to an offer, buyers now see consistent, predictable messaging: group-level instructions always take priority over offer-level ones, and restriction modals now display over a dark backdrop for better readability.
Common use cases:
Group-specific access messaging: Show the group-level instructions buyers need, even when offer-level restrictions also exist.
Multiple access checks: Keep buyer-facing copy predictable when several restrictions are layered together.
Cleaner modal presentation: The dark backdrop makes access instructions easier to read and harder to miss.
Where to find it: Offer and group restriction settings that use Access Modal copy.
Social Sharing Entries Now Show Group Name
What's New:
PURL Join entries now display the group or organization name directly in the platform.
Why it helps:
Faster join management: Identify which group or org a PURL join belongs to without extra lookup steps.
Support & troubleshooting: Confirm the correct group context when reviewing join records.
Fewer mix-ups: Reduce confusion when multiple groups use similar PURL join setups.

TM Archtics:
Section-Level Price Overrides
What's New:
Operators can now set a different base price for a specific section within a price code, without impacting the default price or any other section. This makes it easy to run section-specific promotions or premium pricing while keeping the rest of the event's pricing intact.
Common use cases:
Section-specific promotions: Lower or raise pricing for targeted sections without creating a separate price code.
Premium section adjustments: Apply higher base pricing to high-demand sections while preserving the broader event pricing structure.
Easy reset: Roll section overrides back to the price code default when you no longer need a temporary change.
Add-On Management Enhancements
What's new: Several improvements make Add-Ons easier to manage:
Edit during offer creation — adjust Add-On settings while building an offer, instead of finishing setup and coming back to edit. Works for single and bulk offer creation.
Custom sort order — drag and drop to control the order Add-Ons appear to buyers.
Clearer capacity tracking — Total Capacity is now editable, while Available Quantity is automatically calculated and shown as read-only.
Filter by inventory setup — quickly find the Add-Ons you're looking for.
Common use cases:
Faster offer setup: Adjust Add-On details during creation instead of finishing the offer, reopening it, and editing afterward.
Buyer-facing merchandising: Drag key Add-Ons higher in the list so buyers see priority merchandise, parking, or donation options first.
Capacity management: Update total Add-On capacity while keeping sold and active-cart availability protected from accidental edits.
Where to find it: Add-Ons step in offer setup, and the Add-Ons Hub.
Ingresso:
Seat Notes Now Visible to Buyers
What's New:
Notes like "Restricted view – pillar obstruction" now display during seat selection, so buyers know what they're getting before checkout.
Common use cases:
Restricted-view disclosure: Show obstruction or sightline notes before checkout.
Special-condition seats: Surface venue-provided notes so buyers understand seat details before purchase.
Reduced support escalations: Minimize post-sale surprises by giving buyers seat context upfront.
Order Adjustment via Cancellation
What's New:
Orders can now be canceled to support seat changes; if the cancellation fails, the original order is preserved so buyers aren't left in limbo.
Common use cases:
Seat adjustment workflows: Cancel and replace an Ingresso order when a buyer needs a seat change.
Safe failure handling: Preserve the original order if the cancellation cannot be completed.
Fewer failed changes: Gives your team a safer path to resolve order adjustment requests.
SeatGeek:
Transaction Tracking at Seat Level
What's New:
Transaction identifiers are now tracked at the individual seat level for SeatGeek orders, not just at the overall order level.
Common use cases:
Seat-by-seat reconciliation: Match individual seats to their corresponding transaction identifiers.
Order investigation: Troubleshoot SeatGeek orders with more granular seat-level transaction data.
Finance and reporting review: Support more precise reconciliation for orders that include multiple seats.
Bulk Offer Creation: Per-Event Price Resolution
What's New:
Price levels are now matched correctly for each individual event in a bulk or Flex Plan build, with clearer reporting when a specific event fails.
Common use cases:
Bulk event builds: Avoid price mismatches when price level IDs differ across events in a series.
Flex Plan creation: Resolve the correct price level for each event included in a SeatGeek Flex Plan.
Failure review: Identify which event failed price resolution without manually inspecting every build step.
Paciolan:
Seat Release Grace Period
What's New:
A short 6-minute buffer is now applied after cart expiration before seats are released back to Paciolan, reducing seat errors in that window.
Common use cases:
Cart expiration handling: Avoid releasing seats before Paciolan is ready to accept them back.
Error reduction: Prevent seat errors in the 6–12 minute window after cart expiration.
Inventory reliability: Keep FEVO and Paciolan seat states aligned during expiration and release.
📣 Marketing, Social & Fan Incentives
Social Tree & Leaderboard on Group Landing Pages
What's New:
Groups can now surface the Social Tree and Leaderboard ("Who's Going") widget directly on the new group landing page, giving buyers social proof without leaving the page. More visibility improvements are planned.
Common use cases:
Social proof on landing pages: Let buyers see who else is going without leaving the group landing page.
Leaderboard engagement: Surface competitive sharing and referral activity earlier in the buying journey.
Ready when you are: Turn on the entry point for your group whenever you're ready to test the updated landing page.
Fan Incentives: Revenue Now Excludes Fees
What's New:
Revenue and influenced revenue in Fan Incentives now exclude ticket and credit card fees, matching how revenue is calculated in the KPI Dashboard — so the numbers line up across reports.
Common use cases:
Consistent performance reviews: Compare Fan Incentives revenue to KPI Dashboard revenue without fee-related discrepancies.
Cleaner client reporting: Share revenue figures that reflect ticket revenue excluding fees.
Incentive analysis: Evaluate influenced revenue using the same calculation standard as broader analytics.
Leaderboard Label Update: “Influencers” → “Influenced Buyers”
What's New:
The Leaderboard card label has been renamed from "Influencers" to "Influenced Buyers," with an updated tooltip — a small change that makes it clearer that the number reflects buyers influenced by sharing activity, not the sharers themselves.
📊 Data & Reporting
Instant Reporting, Now for Everyone
What's New:
Starting September 14, every team gets Instant Reporting — reports generate immediately, with no processing delay.
Tip: Allow pop-ups and stay on the page while your report runs to make sure it delivers successfully.
Why it helps:
Same-day reporting: Generate reports on demand instead of waiting for delayed report processing.
Team-wide access: Give every team immediate access to current data from the reporting workflow.
Time Zone Selector for Order Reports
What's New:
Buyer and Sales reports now include a time zone dropdown (EST by default) that controls both filtering and display. It's DST-aware, exports include a time zone label, and the Date Placed column shows which zone is in use.
Common use cases:
Multi-time-zone reporting: Run reports in the time zone that matches the event, team, or operator workflow.
Export accuracy: Share exported reports with time zone labels already included.
Reduced manual conversion: Avoid converting timestamps outside the platform, especially around daylight saving time.
Where to configure: Buyer and Sales reports, using the time zone dropdown. EST is the default.
Row & Seat Now in the Order API
What's New:
Row and seat details are now included directly in the Order API response, so you no longer need a separate lookup to get seat location data.
Common use cases:
Integration enrichment: Provide downstream systems with row and seat details directly from the Order API.
Reporting workflows: Include seat location data without requiring additional lookups.
Support troubleshooting: Review order location details more quickly when investigating buyer or client questions.
