This release gives you more control over add-ons, a faster KPI Dashboard for bulk work, and big steps forward for Flex Plans on Ticketmaster Host and SeatGeek. You'll also find a smoother discount and promotion builder, the next round of Social Checkout™ cart polish, and rep contact info on new landing pages.

Highlights

  • Customizable Sold Out Message: Replace the default sold-out message with your own, at the org or offer level, and point buyers to other options instead of a dead end.

  • KPI / Offer Dashboard Upgrades: Select All for bulk edits, resizable columns, and Flex Plans now listed right alongside your offers.

  • TM Archtics Ref Code Tracking: Ref codes from FEVO links now write back to Archtics automatically, so rep attribution lands in your ticketing system with no manual entry.

  • TM Host Flex Plans: Flex Plans now support Ticketmaster Host, with per-event pricing, clear cart labels, and a claim link for every event.

  • Landing Page Contact Info: The Need Help section on new offer landing pages now shows your rep's name, email, and phone number.

Offer Dashboard Updates

What's New: The KPI Dashboard gets four upgrades that make bulk work faster and bring everything you're selling into one view:

  • Select All — filter or search the offer list, select one offer, and a "Select All" option appears. It selects every matching offer, including ones not visible on screen, and all bulk-edit actions apply to the full selection.

  • Resize columns — drag a column edge on the Offers table to widen it, so long offer names are no longer cut off. Available on the new org dashboard.

  • Flex Plans as offers — Flex Plans now appear as their own rows with the Flex Plan title. A "View all Events" link lists every event in the plan, and clicking the row opens the Flex Plan's Group page.

  • View Flex Plan button — the Flex Plan modal now has a button that opens the full Flex Plan, for users with permission to view it.

Common use cases:

  • High-volume bulk edits: Update every offer matching a search in one action during busy periods like Black Friday.

  • One view of your sales: See standard offers and Flex Plans side by side without switching screens.

  • Readable offer lists: Widen columns to see full offer names at a glance.

Select All: Filter or search the offer list, select one offer, and a "Select All" option appears. It selects every matching offer, including ones not visible on screen, and all bulk-edit actions apply to the full selection.

Resize Columns: drag a column edge on the Offers table to widen it. Available where the new org dashboard is turned on (feature flag: new-org-dashboard).

Discount & Promotion Builder Upgrades

What's New: Creating or editing discounts and promotions from an offer is now one continuous workflow:

  • Side sheet everywhere — creating or editing a discount or promotion from the Buyer Options tab now opens the same side sheet used elsewhere. All existing fields carry over.

  • Integrations tab in the side sheet — set or adjust integration overrides (TDC, TM Archtics, AXS, Paciolan, SeatGeek, and more) without leaving the offer.

  • Associated Offers link — see every offer and group tied to a discount before saving, since edits apply everywhere that discount is used.

  • Preview Cart — a "Preview Cart" button next to Save shows exactly how your custom discount and restriction copy will look to buyers, including unsaved changes.

  • All inventory selected by default — new discounts and promotions built from an offer start with all inventory selected. Narrow it down only if needed.

  • Codes append on upload — uploading a new file of discount codes now adds to the existing list instead of replacing it, matching how promo codes already work.

  • Clearer code entry — discount instructions now appear above the code field instead of replacing the placeholder text.

Common use cases:

  • Stay in the offer: Set integration overrides without a trip to the Codes Hub.

  • Safer edits: Check which offers a shared discount affects before you change it.

  • Protect active codes: Add new codes to a live discount without wiping the existing list.

  • Check copy before launch: Preview buyer-facing discount and restriction messaging before it goes live.

Linked Organizations: Post-Transaction Promotions & Code Integrations

What's New:

  • Post-Transaction Promotions (PTP) now support Linked Organizations, the same way Post-Transaction Codes (PTC) already do. A buyer can purchase from an offer in one org and redeem in a linked org.

  • The Integrations tab on a linked-org PTC discount now applies to the redemption org, not the org that created the discount. If no redemption offer or group is selected, the tab asks you to select one first.

  • For groups with offers from several linked orgs, a multi-select org picker lets you set each org's integration overrides on one screen. Each org's settings are saved separately.

Common use cases:

  • Cross-org partnerships: Sell in one org and let buyers redeem a promotion in a partner org.

  • Correct ticketing overrides: Send integration settings to the redemption org's ticketing system.

  • Multi-org groups: Configure every linked org's overrides from a single screen.

The Integrations tab on linked org post-transaction codes (PTC) discount can now apply to the redemption org, not the org that created the discount. If no redemption offer or group is selected, the tab asks you to select one first.

Post-Transaction Promotions (PTP) now support Linked Organizations, the same way PTCs already do. A buyer can purchase from an offer in one org and redeem in a linked org.

Flex Plan Updates

What's New:

  • Editable Group Name — the Group Name on a Flex Plan's Group tab can now be changed after the plan is built. Duplicate names are still blocked.

  • Checkout terms and consent — Flex Plan checkout now shows your org's existing Terms & Conditions, Marketing Consent, and Checkout Form when they're set at the org level. Required fields and T&C acceptance are enforced, and responses appear in Offer Reporting. This works across all integrations.

Please note: Orgs that already have these settings will see them appear on Flex Plan checkout automatically. A Flex Plan-level override is not available yet.

Common use cases:

  • Fix a name without rebuilding: Correct or update a Flex Plan's Group Name after launch.

  • Consent capture: Collect marketing consent and T&C acceptance on Flex Plan purchases, just like standard offers.

  • Checkout questions: Gather your org's Checkout Form responses from Flex Plan buyers and review them in Offer Reporting.

New Landing Pages: Need Help Contact Info

What's New:

  • On offer landing pages (multi-event and single event), Need Help now reads: "For additional questions contact {Rep Name} email: {Rep Email} phone: {Rep Phone}". It pulls from the Contact set in the offer's Offer Page settings.

  • If no contact is set, the Need Help section is hidden instead of showing blanks.

  • When FEVO is the offer contact, the "Contact FEVO" button is back. It sends buyers to a form that collects their name, email, order number, and question.

Please note: This covers offer landing pages only. Group landing pages will continue to hide Need Help until group-level contacts arrive in a future release.

Common use cases:

  • Direct rep contact: Connect buyers with the right rep by name, email, and phone.

  • Cleaner pages: Avoid empty contact fields when no contact is assigned.

  • Faster support: Give FEVO Support the order details it needs on the first message.

Where to find it: Offer Page settings, Contact field.

Event Category Field

What's New:

  • Events now have a Category dropdown on the Details tab: Game, Parking, Merchandise, Deposit, Food & Beverage, Suite, Other, or Not set.

  • In the Events hub, select several events and use "Set Category" to update them all at once. A warning appears if any already have a category.

  • A category filter on the events table makes it easy to find uncategorized events.

Common use cases:

  • Organize your events: Tell games apart from parking, food, and merchandise events.

  • Bulk cleanup: Categorize a full season of events in one action.

  • Smarter offer building: Help tools like Gibson build "all games" offers accurately.

Where to find it: Event Details tab and the Events hub.

Custom Sold Out / Unavailable Message

What's New: A new "Sold Out / Unavailable Message" field in Org Settings replaces the default message buyers see when an offer has no inventory. Offers can override it with their own message. Supports links, up to 150 characters. Order of priority: offer message, then org message, then the FEVO default.

Common use cases:

  • Redirect buyers: Link to another game, package, or waitlist when an offer sells out.

  • Your voice: Replace the generic message with copy that matches your brand.

  • Offer-specific messaging: Set a tailored message for a single high-demand offer.

Where to find it: Org Settings and Offer Settings.

🎫 Inventory & Integrations

TM Host:

Flex Plans for Ticketmaster Host

⚠️ Please note — launch limitation: Reserved and GA can't be combined. Each plan must be all Reserved seating or all General Admission; mixing them shows an error in the builder. The events must also already exist in your org before you build the plan.

What's New: Flex Plans now support Ticketmaster Host:

  • Per-event pricing — bulk create matches each event's price level by name. If one event has no match, only that event fails, with a clear reason, and the rest of the plan still builds.

  • Clear cart labels — buyers see each price level's display name and description in the cart.

  • Claim links for every event — the confirmation email lists a separate claim link for each event, labeled with the event name and date.

Common use cases:

  • Multi-event plans on TM Host: Build Flex Plans that span several Ticketmaster Host events.

  • Simple ticket claiming: Give buyers one email with a claim link for every event in their plan.

  • Targeted troubleshooting: See exactly which event failed price matching without the whole build failing.

TM Host:

Ref Code Tracking in Other Info Fields

What's New: "Ref Code" is now a default value option for Archtics Other Info fields in org settings, alongside Group Name, Offer Name, Reason for Offer, and FEVO Order Number.

  • When a buyer purchases through a FEVO link with a ref code (e.g., ?ref=mja567), that code writes back to the mapped Other Info field in Archtics automatically.

  • Purchases without a ref code leave the field blank.

  • Fields mapped to Ref Code are read-only for reps when building offers.

Common use cases:

  • Rep attribution: Credit sales to the right rep directly in your Archtics records.

  • No manual entry: Skip copying ref codes into Archtics by hand.

  • Commission and performance reporting: Report on rep-driven sales from your ticketing system.

Where to configure: Org settings, Archtics Other Info fields.

SeatGeek:

General Updates

What's New:

  • Flex Plans — the cart now finds the right price level for each event in a SeatGeek Flex Plan, so Best Available works for every event, not just the first.

  • Force Allocation Selection — a new org setting in Offer Settings (off by default). When on, every SeatGeek offer must use a specific allocation.

  • Clearer allocation label — "No Allocation Selected" is now labeled "All Allocated Seats" to describe what it does. Behavior is unchanged.

  • Faster load times when opening and creating SeatGeek offers.

📣 Marketing, Social & Fan Incentives

Facebook Ads: Better Conversion Matching

What's New: FEVO now sends Facebook's click and browser IDs with server-side Add to Cart, Checkout, and Purchase events.

Common use cases:

  • Stronger attribution: Improve Facebook's match quality score so more conversions are tied back to your ads.

  • Better campaign performance: Give Facebook's optimization more accurate conversion data to work with.

Incentive Program Export Matches the Leaderboard

What's New: The Incentive Program export now has the same columns as the Fan Incentives Leaderboard: Influenced Buyers, Influenced Clicks, Influenced Tickets, and Influenced Revenue. Fans who haven't earned a reward yet now export with their real activity instead of zeros.

Common use cases:

  • Consistent reporting: Share exports that match exactly what you see on screen.

  • Full program view: Review activity for every fan, including those still working toward a reward.

📊 Data & Reporting

More Accurate Reporting

What's New:

  • Flex Plans in reporting — Flex Plan sales now show up in the KPI Offers Dashboard and Top 10.

  • Numbers that match:

    • Order Report counts for bundles, tickets, and add-ons now match the Summary.

    • QR scans are no longer double-counted in Tickets Scanned.

    • Refunded items are no longer left out.

    • Order adjustment amounts are no longer inflated.

  • Search keeps your filters — Offers Dashboard search now keeps the filters you already have on.

🤝 Partnerships & Distribution

Offer Search API for FanIQ

What's New: A new API lets FanIQ look up public, upcoming FEVO offers by link, offer or team name, date, venue, league, or status. It returns the offer name, link, event date and time in the venue's time zone, venue, and on-sale status. Offer links include src=faniq so FanIQ-driven sales show up in your reporting.

Please note: Hidden, test, cancelled, and past offers are never returned. Access requires API credentials.

Common use cases:

  • Faster campaign setup: Pull offer details into FanIQ instead of typing them by hand.

  • Campaign attribution: Track FanIQ-driven sales in your reporting.
