Sales Managers have the ability to manually change a specific component of offer tickets through Discount Overrides, such as Ticket Type, Buyer Type ID, and Payment Method ID. Applied changes will show on sales in your ticketing provider system. This can be applied on the Integrations tab within the Discount Code setup.

Ticketmaster: Reservation and open inventory offers

  • Override Available: Ticket Type Code

  • Example: Junior Jazz Redemption Program

  • Setup: Apply the Ticket Type ID override to just the discounted tickets only (i.e., the 1 free ticket in a BOGO offer) OR to all tickets in the discount parameters (i.e., both tickets in a BOGO offer).

Tickets.com: Open inventory offers only

  • Overrides Available: Buyer Type ID, Payment Method ID

  • Example: MLB Commissioner Initiative

  • Setup: Apply the Buyer Type ID override to just the discounted tickets only (i.e., the 1 free ticket in a BOGO offer) OR to all tickets in the discount parameters (i.e., both tickets in a BOGO offer). You’re also able to set the per ticket $ value on Payment Method ID overrides.

Paciolan: Open inventory offers only

  • Overrides Available: Price Type Override

  • Example: Kids Club Redemption Program

  • Setup: Apply the Price Type Override to just the discounted tickets only (i.e., the 1 free ticket in a BOGO offer) OR to all tickets in the discount parameters (i.e., both tickets in a BOGO offer).
