1. Go to the Events Hub (left-hand side of the screen)
Click Add Event
Enter Event Details
Event Title
Event Date
Enter Start Time, Door Open Time, and Event End Time
All Times are TBA applicable
Note: You can override the Date Time Information by inputting Date/Time Custom Copy information
If an Event has a specific Image, you can add that to Event Media
Example - Event Matchup (X vs. Y)
If an alternate Venue is needed, that will need to be uploaded prior to Event creation
Venue updates are made under the Venue Tab
Venues are editable after Event Creation
Save - this will create your Event and you can begin building Offers under this New Event
Editing an Event
If a date or time is changed on an event, it will change the date/time for all offers built for that event. Since events belong to all users, only Sales Managers can edit this information.
1. Go to the Events Hub
2. Find and select the event you want to change.
3. On the Details Tab of the event, make the needed changes
NOTE: Make sure you are viewing events for the correct season
4. Save your changes
NOTE: If you can't make this change, please ensure you have Sales Manager access.
