Opt-ins are an Organizational Level Setting Sales Managers are able to add to any existing and future offers. Opt-ins are a great tool to utilize to capture buyer consent to receive additional information from your Organization and allow opportunities to communicate with your buyers post-sale. All 3 options have the ability to notify/alert additional parties inside your Organization for example, if you have a Suite Consent Form you can add "premium@fevo.com" to also receive the opt-in data to the Additional notification email addresses. We offer three types of Opt-ins.
HOW TO:
Navigate to your Opt-Ins tab under your Organization. Click the PLUS (+) and enter your desired language and save. Opt-Ins will then show at checkout for your offers.
Require an Opt-In Form at Checkout
FEVO Enterprise has introduced a new feature that allows the mandatory opt-ins to be enforced on the fan experience during checkout. If a fan refuses to agree to the mandatory opt-in, they will not be permitted to complete the purchase.

While all general terms and conditions will appear on the offer, only 1 additional offer level-specific term and condition can be applied. For example, Waivers (Youth Camps, Bark in Park)

Marketing Notification Opt-Ins
You can add multiple Opt-Ins here for example, Marketing communications, Sales Leads (Ticket Packages, Suites/Premium, Groups/Birthdays).
Data & Reporting Opt-Ins
Opt-ins show you, as a Sales Rep, if your buyers are interested in more information on ticketing packages and other revenue-generating opportunities. To help you track and follow up with this potential revenue, we changed the way we display your recent opt-ins. Now, each buyer who has opted into one of the survey questions will have a status of open or done.
This will allow you to track which leads you have followed up with or made some action on. You can use this status however you’d like. We’ve kept it very simple because each organization handles their opt-ins differently.
To see all of your opt-in buyers, select the "Opt-Ins" chart on the right of your main dashboard to open a full table.
You may also see buyers’ opt-in information on each offer dashboard. To see this go to the Offer Dashboard and select “Buyer Report.” Pulling information from this table will simplify the process to find and follow-up with your new leads!
You can use the “Done” status for anything you would like. We suggest that each organization follow the same set of guidelines to make manager reporting consistent.
Opt-In Data has been added to External API Feed
For clients that utilize FEVO Enterprise’s API, Opt-In Data is also be available in the feed and will pass back to their data warehouse.
