The Offer Information editor is where you add any details you want ticket buyers to know. It may be parking information, what group guests are supposed to wear, pregame fan experience info, discount code info, etc. The information saved in the Offer Information editor box will show in the Additional Details section of the offer’s ticketing page. This area can be found on the Details tab on the offer.
HOW TO USE:
Effectively, you have 6 sets of tools to use while adding offer information. You may type your text in manually and use the tools available to stylize or you may copy and paste from an outside source such Microsoft Word.
Note: Copying and pasting from outside sources may alter text styling so be sure to spend a minute or two using the tools available to you to ensure the styling fits your preference.
The Tools:
Font Style: Bold, Italics, Underline
Font Size: Font sizes range from 8px to 36px
Text Position
Outline text with bullet points
Outline text with numbers
Reduce indentation
Add indentation
Hyperlinks
Add hyperlink: when hyperlinking a URL to text be sure to include HTTP:// or HTTPS://
Once a hyperlink is added then you can use the same tool to remove the hyperlink
