Tips for avoiding errors

Before reading on, please review the Archtics Order Creation video below — a step-by-step guide on how tickets should be repriced and reserved in Archtics before being imported into FEVO.

Likely to be a different process than usual, it is extremely important that all tickets be repriced and reserved as shown in this video to avoid all issues.

Setting an expiration for reserved tickets in Archtics

If reserved tickets have an expiration set in Archtics, the sales deadline in FEVO Enterprise must be prior to that date/time. Otherwise, group buyers will try to purchase tickets that are unavailable and will receive an error.

Manipulating tickets in Archtics

If tickets are manipulated on the account in Archtics in any way after they are imported to FEVO Enterprise (e.g., repricing), buyers will receive an error and their purchase will fail when trying to checkout.

Follow the steps below to fix:

  1. Delete the tickets from FEVO Enterprise.

  2. Release the tickets from the account in Archtics.

  3. Reprice and reserve the tickets using the exact process shown here.

  4. Import the tickets back into FEVO Enterprise.

Removing tickets from the Archtics account

Tickets must always be removed from FEVO Enterprise prior to being removed from an account in Archtics. When removing tickets from an account in Archtics without removing them from the FEVO Enterprise account first, it will cause errors when a buyer tries to purchase one of those tickets.
