If you have any groups that are offering multiple dates for their buyers to choose from, a multi-outing landing page is a great way to make promoting, selecting a date, and purchasing a much easier process!
Just follow the steps below to create one link for all of the group's available dates.
Create your Offer for the first date (each date for the group needs a separate outing built).
On the "Groups" tab of the New Offer process, enter the Group's name into the Group field. Choose "Create Group" from the dropdown.
When building the rest of the Offers for this group, start to type in the same Group name in this field and choose the existing Group from the dropdown. This way all of the outings belong to the same Group.
While building the last Outing, once assigned to the Group, scroll down and click "Group Page"
Click the switch to change "Disabled" to "Enabled"
At this point, you are able to add a group image/logo and a description
At the bottom, selective outings you want displayed on the Multi-Outing landing page. The URL to the page is automatically generated above. Make sure to save your changes.
FAQ
How do I add more dates to a Group Landing Page?
Create an Offer and ensure the Group Name is the same. If multiple Offers are housed under the same Group, they will apparent together.
How do I remove dates or Offers from my Group Landing Page?
The Offers will naturally fall off if the event has occurred, but you can delete or change the group now the Offer to remove. You can head to the Groups tab in the left navigation, find your Offer within your Group and Change Group.
How do I reorder Events on my Offer Landing Page?
Under the Groups tab, scroll down to the bottom to view all of the Offers visible on the Offer Landing Page. Select the 6 dot icon to drag and drop your Offers in your preferred order.
