Cloning an Offer/FEVO Inventory Event

Learn how to simply duplicate a single event offer or event if utilizing FEVO Inventory (non-intergrated)

Simply clone any single event offer or event that is pulling through Open Inventory / Manifest or an offer with FEVO-created inventory in a few simple steps.

* NOTE: With the 5/12/2025 FTC Upfront Pricing Legislation, please ensure that fees are still showing as expected on the very first display with pricing (old events/offers will most certainly need to be double-checked)

  1. Within the Offers tab on the left navigation, select the Offer you desire to clone.

  2. On the right, click the 3 Dots Circle or Actions Dropdown (depending on view).

  3. Select Clone Offer.

  4. Select the applicable event(s) (optional)

  5. Enter Your Group Name

  6. Click Clone Offer


You will be automatically taken to the Offer page once the offer has been cloned. Please note, your offer will populate within 2-4 minutes of cloning.

Locate your cloned offer within the Offers tab by the Offer Code ID. The cloned offer will be tied to the creator and have an additional number at the end of the Cloned Offer URL.

To change the Offer Code ID, navigate to the Details Tab of the Offer and edit the Offer Code.

Clone Your FEVO Events in One Click

You can now duplicate your FEVO Inventory events and their inventory in seconds. Just look for the new "Clone Event" option in the Actions menu in the top-right of the screen.

  • Value to you: Managing multiple events with similar inventory (like a concert series or multi-date experiences) no longer requires repetitive manual work. This feature dramatically reduces setup time and administrative burden.

  • Please Note: Access to this organizational setting is limited to Sales Managers. To request adjustments, please contact your Sales Manager for assistance.
