Clone at Event Level
Create an exact copy of your event for any Open Inventory or FEVO created inventory offer. Please note: you may not clone any event that has reserved inventory.

Search offer > Actions > Clone Offer > Select Events

Hide Inventory

Ability to hide inventory on the offer page.

​How it Works:

Search offer > Tickets > Check Section and/or Row > Click Hide/Unhide

Calendar View CTA Button Look and Feel has been updated to include “BUY”

Sales Deadline

You can now set the sales deadline up to 12 hours past the event start time. This is available for all open inventory, reserve and FEVO created inventory offers. Please note: you can set the default for all offers at the Organization level under Offer Settings.

How it Works:

Search offer > Deadline/Sold Out > Select Date and Time

Offer Questions – Groupings / Follow-Up

Ask follow-up questions to capture additional data from fans. This allows for a cleaner fan experience not seeing a lot of questions at once.

Search offer > Buyer Options > Offer Question > Add follow-up question > +
