Custom Offer Level Questions

Learn how to add custom fields during checkout.

Capture more needed information from your fans during checkout through Offer Questions. You can add up to 50 custom fields and you can add follow-up (child) question to a specific parent question.

Questions can be added in after your offer is published or during offer creation.

How it Works:

  1. When creating your offer, under Buyer Options you will find Offer Questions at the bottom.

  2. Click the + to add a question.

  3. Enter your question and select how you would like your response.

    Free Form: Shoppers have the ability to type in a response
    List of Choices: Shoppers select from previous choices you have provided

  4. Select preferred options and if you'd like your question to be applied to the Order or Ticket Level.

    Order Level: These questions will populate one time for the order
    Ticket Level: Based on the inventory selected (you will choose when building the question) you a populate the question. Ex: For a kids camp, you want to know t-shirt sizes for each child ticket.

  5. If you would like to add a follow-up question, Toggle Yes under Add follow-up question.

  6. Click the + to add a follow-up question.

  7. To run a report on the answers, under the Reports tab in the navigation, you can run a Sales or Buyer Report and select the appropriate tab in the file.
