FEVO reports provide lots of information and insight, including who your buyers are, their contact information, and other products that they may be interested in buying from you. This information is invaluable in generating additional revenue from within your groups. Now, with FEVO Web Analytics, you are able to gain even more insight into your groups by seeing sales trends, which allow you to find better and more efficient ways of marketing your offers! Here is a quick rundown of the Web Analytics:
From the Reports hub on your left hand menu, go to the Web Analytics tab.
Choose the View (your organization) and set the Date Range. This will load a graph that will show the amount of Visits, Unique Visits and Tickets Sold from within that specified timeframe.
Scroll down below the graph to see the Summary. Here you are able to see:
Traffic grouped by device type or traffic source.
For both the traffic source and device, the user can see total visits, unique visits, and the number of tickets sold.
You can update the graph above to reflect the information you would like to see. To do this, select the checkbox next to a group(s) from the Summary, then select "Update Graph."
