TM CSS needs to add the FVBD323 user as an eligible user ID within promo code admin (Administration -> Properties -> Promo Code AMGR Users)

Navigate to administration -> Promo Code Admin. Then, click Add.

Assign a promo code name, description and populate start / end dates and times.

Once completed, click OK.

Choose the FVBD323 user from the list of AMGR Users.

Choose your eligible events and click Apply.

Please note that you should be selecting events that FEVO currently has access to.

Choose your eligible price levels.

Please note that you should be selecting eligible price levels that FEVO currently has access to.
​

Choose your ticket types.

Please note that you should be selecting the ticket types that FEVO currently has access to.
​

Choose your classes.

Please note that you should be selecting the classes that FEVO has access to.
​

Choose your e-ticket / digital ticket delivery method. (Ticket delivery will still be controlled by AMGR and on the offer level within FEVO).

Click Apply, then OK.

Within FEVO Enterprise, apply your TM Promo code under:

Promotions > Codes
​

​
