Add Images to Events
Now, users can add an image at the event level, accessible through the Details tab. This image option serves as the main visual representation for offers on landing pages. Furthermore, events automatically inherit head-to-head images from the Event Banners section within the Organization, though users retain the flexibility to replace them as needed. Please note: FEVO Enterprise will auto-adjust images in size without distorting it.
Offer-Level Auto-Scroll Media Carousel
Sales Managers & Salesperson roles now have the capability to add or substitute images at the organizational level. When setting up offers with multiple images, the system defaults to an image/video auto-scroll feature, enhancing the visual presentation and user experience.
Offer Landing Page Enhancements - Image / Display
The latest update introduces the display of images for each offer/event in both Gallery and List Views on the landing pages. Users now have the option to choose whether to “Inherit Images” from the Event or Offer, providing greater flexibility in customizing visual elements. Additionally, users can opt to "Inherit Title" for each offer/event, allowing for a more streamlined and cohesive presentation on the landing page.
Discount and Promotion Code Enhancement
The Promo Codes hub has been revamped to include two distinct sub-hub tabs for Discounts and Promotions. This update enhances user navigation and organization within the hub, facilitating a more efficient experience when managing discounts and promotions.
Promotion Code Enhancement - Purchase & Post-Purchase
Purchase: When a consumer visits an offer that has a Promotion applied, they must enter the Promo code in order to unlock available inventory. Post-Purchase: The Promo code will be tracked as a column in the Buyer Report between Ref Codes & Opt-Ins. For TM Archtics only, the Promo code applied can be pushed into the ticketing system.
Promotion Codes - Applying Codes During Offer Build
Users can now create or apply existing discounts, promotions and campaigns directly during the offer creation process, streamlining the workflow and providing a more intuitive experience. Additionally, the update introduces the option to set restrictions during offer creation, offering enhanced flexibility and control over the application of promotional elements.
Yellow Border on Buttons Has Been Removed
An enhancement that was made was all Call to Action Buttons no longer have a yellow border surrounding them.
Restrict by Domain Has Moved
Within the new Promotion Hub, there is an option to gate offers by domain. This will supersede the current "Restrict by Domain" feature on the Offer Details tab. To eliminate confusion for users, the existing option will be removed, and moving forward, users are encouraged to utilize the Domain-type promotion for gating offers based on domains.
