Ticketmaster Archtics

Auto-Ingest: Events Filtering by Item Set

An update has been made where Auto-Ingest is available by the specific events FEVO has access to through the Item Set.

Ticketmaster Host

Open Inventory Price Levels Display

To improve the usability and eliminate extraneous text and sorting, the Inventory Modal has been updated to auto-sort by the Price Levels in order of the first digit. In addition, the Qualifier name has been removed from each Price Level name to provide a streamlined user interface.

TDC

Buyer Type Not Found Showing as Sold Out
Bug Fix: Unavailable or removed buyer types led to tickets displaying at $9,999. This issue has been resolved, and when the Buyer Type is not found, the display will showcase as sold out.

AXS

Added Costco Tags

For every Costco sale associated with an AXS Organization, we'll include an AXS Tag labeled as 'Costco' within the order. This addition enhances contextual understanding and improves reporting within the AXS system by indicating the origin of the sale.

Non-Integrated Inventory

PDF Attachment Toggle

We've launched mobile-friendly QR tickets for FEVO inventory and are now progressing with phasing out PDF QR tickets. A toggle will be added to the "Digital with QR" Delivery Method, defaulting to on for existing methods and off for new ones. This is the next step in our transition away from PDF QR attachments.

All Integrations

Promotion Codes: Prevent Multiple Use of Promotional Codes on Group Offers

We've introduced a new feature to Promotional Codes: the "Can customers use this code on multiple offers” toggle. This option enables you to control whether a promotional code can be utilized across multiple offers tied to a group landing page. By setting this toggle to "No," you can ensure that promotional codes are only usable once per customer, mitigating the issue of excessive code usage.

Reporting: Buyer Report Inventory Association

We've enhanced the buyer reports by adding a new column, "Inventory Association," in the Follow-up Questions tab. Positioned between the Customer Email and Question columns, this addition provides clear visibility into the selected inventory triggering each question. It simplifies information retrieval by displaying the exact inventory name associated with each question alongside the corresponding buyer responses.

Add-ons: New Icons

Upon adding an add-on, new icons will now be visible both in the backend and the order summary, enhancing visual cues for add-on identification and management. Please note: when images are uploaded for the Merchandise Add-on, the icon will be replaced by the uploaded images.

ADA Toggle for Best Available on Mobile

In the 4.0 release, the ADA toggle to filter for the Best Available flow was available on Desktop. Now, it's available on mobile.

Enhancements to FEVO's Social Checkout

These enhancements allow fans shopping on your Group Landing Page to purchase multiple inventory types for various events in a single transaction. Gone are the days of checking out separately for every item or event. Now, shoppers will be able to add different events or items and then pay for them all at once.

Clients, meanwhile, will enjoy a new standard for flexibility with our Offer-building experience, mixing and matching items from multiple categories or inventory sources — or even inventing new inventory categories on the fly — to build the ultimate experiences and packages for their fans.

In essence, shoppers get a more streamlined checkout experience while you get the opportunity to entice them with highly targeted cross-sells and upsells, increasing order value while building a deeper connection with your fans.

Want to be one of the first to test out these enhancements? Contact your FEVO representative today!

What is a beta test?

A beta product is an early trial version of software. It's released with a goal to gather feedback and identify bugs or improvements before the final version is launched to a larger audience.
