What are the latest Social Checkout enhancements?
You may know this as a Multi-Game Offer, and shoppers can purchase tickets from multiple organizations and/or multiple ticketing platforms all in a single transaction. Once multiple offers have been linked together on a Group Landing Page, shoppers no longer need to go into each individual offer and make each individual purchase. This can be done in a single transaction.
How do I utilize these enhancements?
All Offers will be grouped by the Group Name living in a Group Landing Page. If there are two Offers with the same Group name, by default, they will form a Group Landing Page. Please note you do not need to utilize the Group Landing Page and can use the URL for the individual Offer.
How it Works
When building your Offer, you will get to the Groups tab. Enter your Group Name.
Once you've entered your Group Name, continue scrolling and entering the appropriate information.
Note: Everything that is living under the Group tab is tied to the Group Landing Page.
Enter your Group Landing Page URL. Note: This is the URL that is available where you can access ALL Offers living under that Group.
At the bottom of the page, you will see any and all Offers that have been tied to the Group Name you entered above.
Shopper Experience
Shoppers will land on a landing page to view all available Offers showcasing different events
Shoppers will add inventory for their desired Event
Once inventory has been added to their shopping basket, they have the ability to Keep Shopping.
If they Keep Shopping or Select Back, the list of events available will populate within the checkout. Shoppers can Search for a specific event, select a date range they are interested in, or view the events in a different way.
Shoppers will checkout and see their Order Summary that has an accordion to view details
Buyers will be taken to an Order Confirmation page that lists all details and allows them to share the Group landing page with their friends.
Do we allow for deep-linking to all of the Events on a Group Landing Page?
