Running a Season Sales Report

Here's how to do it

All of the information you need can be found in the Reports section of FEVO Enterprise. This includes running reports by demographic or even seeing all of your sales in a season.


With FEVO Enterprise, you also have the ability to utilize FEVO's API and send all of the sales data directly into your data warehouse.

Here's how to run a Sales Report for a full season. Please note: reports may be run for up to 1 year (or 365 days) at a time.

  1. From your Reports tab within the navigation, select Sales from the dropdown.

  2. Select the Custom time frame for your report.

  3. Enter your season start and end dates.

  4. Select your other filters, if applicable.

  5. Once your data has populated, select Download Report at the top right above the Yellow Run Report button.

  6. Your report will be run in the first come, first serve queue for your Organization. This means, that you will get notified once your report is ready. If 3 people in your Organization run a report within a 5 minute timespan, they will be processed in the order they were submitted.

  7. You can find the status of your report under the Downloads tab. Please note: once downloaded, you can access the report from this tab for 24 hours.

  8. Once your report is ready, you will receive an email notification to access.
