Whether you want to allow them to pick specific seats using our interactive Seat Picker or offer them the convenience of the Best Available option, understanding how to switch between these display modes is crucial.
In addition, you can update Naming for your shoppers directly within Enterprise to however you'd like shoppers to see.

Customizing Display Names
If you select Edit Ticket Display, you can update the names and add descriptions for your shoppers, making it easy for them to understand what they are buying.
You can update the ticket display name of the Area, Section, or Buyer Type Names. In addition, you can add descriptions.
