License Plate Lookup
Schedule and maintain the correct vehicle with our License Plate Lookup feature. With a direct link to USA DMVs, you’ll find critical vehicle data with the click of a button.
Enter a license plate online or in the CRM, and view the vehicle VIN, oil capacity, and tire sizes. Our license plate lookup works for all US states.
How to setup it up?
> CRM Settings
> Online Scheduling
> Questions
> Booking Questions
> Turn on Booking Questions
> Enter a popup title eg "Vehicle Information"
> Click Vehicle Lookup
> Edit the text as needed
> Click optional to change to a required field
> Save
*if 'Optional' clients can choose to fill out this information
*if Required, clients will have to enter this information
What do clients see online?
> Clients select services
> Select Date & Time
> Your booking question will then show
> Client enters their license plate and selects their state
> Click search
> Searching for vehicle information will begin
> The client proceeds to book the job
Where does the Vehicle Information show?
The vehicle information will show both in the job card in the CRM and in the Worker App when you are on the job.
