To have a technician operate as a supervisor and see other tech's schedules:

  1. In the Dashboard, click the Settings gear icon.
  2. Click Users & Routes
  3. Click the tech's name
  4. Uncheck Technician
  5. Check Schedule and Customers (but don't check invoices and reports)
  6. Click Update user
