Summary

In our system bi-monthly means occurring every two months. When you select Bi-Monthly as the Frequency it will schedule that appointment every other month.

Key Points

  • Choose how you want to proceed, and be consistent with it

  • Select Monthly as the Frequency and select two weeks

  • Select Weekly as the Frequency and select Every 2 Week(s).

There are a couple of choices in how you can schedule a semi-monthly (twice a month) appointment.

Select Monthly as the Frequency and select two weeks from the week drop-down list, such as first and third, to schedule the appointment twice a month.

-OR-

Select Weekly as the Frequency and select the number of weeks, such as Every 2 Week(s).

Note Selecting Weekly and Every 2 weeks will schedule 3 appointments in a month twice a year. If the customer strictly wants two appointments per month, schedule the Frequency as Monthly and select the two weeks of the month there.
