Create a Work Order Series for winter

  1. On the Schedule tab, click One-time for frequency and select Seasonal

   2. Check the boxes for each month you want to include in the winter monthly
   3. Pick the week and day that you will service the customer
   4. Match the First service date to that week and day - in this example the service
       starts in the first week of the month on a Wednesday, make sure the First service
       date matches that criteria, which is November 6, 2019

Create a Work Order Series for spring and summer

  1. Select the frequency of the 2nd Work Order as Seasonal
  2. Check the boxes for each month you want to include in the spring - summer schedule
  3. Select All weeks in the 'week' selector (first, second, third, forth, and last) and select the day

   4. Again, match the First service date to that week and day - in this example the
       service starts in the first week of the month on a Thursday, make sure the First
       service date matches that criteria, which is May 2, 2019
   5. Click Save
