Transcriptions are not working, memories are not being generated

To ensure optimal performance and access to the latest improvements, we strongly recommend keeping your Fieldy app up to date. Our team continuously identifies and resolves bugs to enhance functionality and user experience.

While your transcription is being generated, it may take up to a minute for the transcript to start appearing.

Common Issues and Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Fieldy is Muted in the App

If you are experiencing issues with audio or voice recognition, check whether Fieldy is muted:

  • Look at the top navigation menu.

  • Click on the microphone icon to unmute the device.

2. Fieldy is Not Properly Connected

If the app is unresponsive or not functioning as expected, try the following steps:

  • Completely close the app to reset its state.

  • Reopen the application and ensure all necessary permissions are enabled through your account page, "Permissions & Integrations".

  • Connect your Fieldy again by pressing the "Connect+" button at the top of the app.

If the issue persists, please refer to the support documentation or contact our customer support team for further assistance.
