If your Fieldy doesn't seem to be working and the LED is flashing/blinking red, this may mean that its firmware update was interrupted or otherwise incomplete.
Don't worry - the issue is solvable with just a few steps of troubleshooting!
Step 1: Select "Device Update" in your account settings
Tap the person icon at the top right of your screen to visit the account page, then scroll down to find "Device Update" and press it.

This will automatically start searching for your Fieldy - make sure it is on and the red light is blinking. If it doesn't get found at first, make sure to give it a couple more tries!
Step 2: Run the update
When your Fieldy gets found, you might be prompted something like this:

Press the button and let the update run. Make sure to leave the app open until it is completed.
It may take up to a few minutes, after which your device should be restored and can be used as normal!

If the device update fails, retry running it until it succeeds. In case any other issues arise, please retry these two steps from the start.
