Managing Subscriptions

How do I view or cancel my subscription?

For subscriptions that were bought through the Fieldy app, see instructions for Apple or Google.

For yearly subscriptions purchased through our shop website, refer to the Shop page section below.

Apple

On your iPhone device, go to your Settings app > [your name] > Subscriptions.

To manage a subscription, tap it and select the desired action. To cancel, tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel All Services.

Google

You can view and manage your app subscriptions through the Google Play app.

Go to Google Play and tap your account icon in the top right. Select "Payments and subscriptions", then find the subscription you'd like to cancel and tap it. Select "Cancel subscription" and confirm the action.

  1. On your Android device, go to Google Play and tap your account in the top right.

  2. Select "Payments and subscriptions".

  3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

  4. Tap Cancel subscription.

  5. Follow the instructions.

Shop page

You can view your subscription details anytime by accessing it through the link sent to your email used for its purchase.

Simply search for the relevant email by entering keywords, for example, "Compass X subscription"/"Fieldy X subscription" into your email search bar.

View the email and click "View subscription":

This will take you to your subscription page. Here you can view your personal and subscription information, see your billing schedule, edit your payment details or cancel the subscription.
