If you bought a yearly subscription through our store, you will need to activate it in the Fieldy app. Usually, this is done during onboarding - when you first sign up in the app. If you haven't signed up yet, just follow the instructions in the app and you'll be all set!
Activating your subscription
If you want to activate a subscription on an account that already exists (for example, if you've bought a yearly subscription after signing up, or signed up with a different email), follow these steps to activate it:
Tap your account icon in the top right.
Press "Redeem Subscription".
Follow the activation steps in the app.
Troubleshooting
If you're getting this error, please check that the email you've entered matches the email used to purchase the subscription in our store.
If the email is correct and the error persists, this means that a Fieldy account using that email already exists with an activated subscription. You can switch to a different account by tapping "Sign out" at the bottom of the account page, relaunching the app and signing in with the correct email.
