If you're using Fieldy all day and notice it's missing a lot of conversations despite being in range of your mobile phone, you may not have the correct battery usage permissions enabled. This issue appears mostly on Android devices.
Please try these troubleshooting steps:
Open your phone's settings and select "Apps";
Find the Fieldy app and tap on it;
In the menu, tap "Battery" or a similarly named option;
Select "Unrestricted" or "No restrictions" to allow the app to run in the background. Your options may be named differently, if you don't see these, check for "App battery usage" or "Allow background usage" and make sure to turn them on.
After following these steps, test the device's connectivity and let our support team know if the issue persists.
