Instead of settling for generic overviews, you can now tell Fieldy what matters most to your practice or business. Templates let you generate custom summaries that highlight the key points you care about.
How to use Templates?
Open a memory by tapping on it to see the detailed summary. This summary is what the templates dictate. The button at the bottom shows which template was automatically chosen for this conversation. Tap on it to see all template options or create a new template.
β
You will see a "My Templates" section with all your customizable templates, and a "General" section with all the presets.
Creating a new Template
In the templates menu, tap "Create New Template" to start writing. First, you will be prompted for a title of the new template. After you've written a title, click "Next".
Based on the entered title, a suggestion for the template format will be generated.
Edit it however you like to tell Fieldy what you want included in your summary.
After you've told Fieldy what to include in the summary, tap "Generate", and the previous detailed summary of your memory will be regenerated based on your new template.
Editing a template
Open the template menu and tap the pencil icon next to the name of the template that you'd like to edit.
Here you'll see the details of your template. Tap on the text to edit it.
If you'd like the changes applied to the current memory you're viewing, tap "Generate". Otherwise, to go back and save just tap the arrow icon above the title of the template to go back. Your changes will be saved automatically.
What instructions do I write?
You can tell Fieldy anything you think is important for the summary.
You can instruct it on what sections you'd like the summary to have, how you'd like it formatted, what key points to include, how detailed or how long the summary should be, which language it should be in and so on.

There's no limit to creativity with Fieldy. Start creating templates that work the way you do, and make every summary truly yours.
