Download the App: Visit your device's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store) and search for "Fieldy AI". Here's a link to get you directly there!
Install the Application: Click the "Install" or "Get" button and wait for the download to complete.
Launch Fieldy: Open the app once installation is finished.
Create Your Account: You can create an account using your email address.
Enter your email, and we’ll send you a one-time passcode (OTP). Type in the code to log in or create your account - no passwords required.
Note: Since accounts are tied to a single email address, data migration between different emails isn’t possible. Subscriptions can be transferred, but account data cannot. To request a subscription transfer, contact Fieldy support with the current subscription email address and the new email address where you want the subscription transferred.
You’re all set! Follow the onboarding steps in the app - Fieldy will walk you through connecting your device and getting started. If you encounter issues during account creation, try these troubleshooting steps:
Uninstall and Reinstall the App: Remove the Fieldy app from your device and reinstall it from your device’s app store.
Restart Your Device: Restarting your phone can refresh the device state and resolve temporary glitches.
Retry Account Creation: Open the Fieldy app and attempt the account creation process again, including entering the email verification code. These steps often resolve verification and setup glitches.
