Keeping up with daily to-dos can be tough, especially when you’re juggling multiple jobs or clients. That’s where Fieldy’s Tasks and Reminders feature comes in. Here's a simple guide to help you make the most of it.
How are Tasks and Reminders Created?
Tasks and reminders will be automatically created for you after your conversation ends based on what was said during the entire conversation.
If you mention something that sounds like a to-do, follow-up or a scheduled visit, the system picks it up and sets it as a task. This helps to make sure nothing slips through the cracks, even if you forget to note it down yourself.
Please note that tasks will only be generated after your conversation ends, not in real time while it is ongoing.
How to use Tasks with Fieldy?
Open the Fieldy app and tap on the highlighted icon at the bottom left of your screen.
Here, you’ll see AI-generated tasks waiting for your review. If the task is needed, swipe right to approve it; if not, swipe left to dismiss.
The tasks you approved will now be displayed under the "Tasks" section. You can change the details and the due date of each task by tapping on it. Mark a task as completed by tapping the gray circle to its left.
To receive more task and reminder suggestions and tailor them to your needs, tap the "Settings" tab and scroll down to find "Tasks Settings". From there, you can adjust preferences and even add custom instructions for how you’d like your tasks to be managed.
