Is "FIFINE Microphone" detected by Windows or Mac, or is it classified as an unknown device?
If it is recognized and the level meter responds when you talk, but you still don't hear audio from the PC, check that you have selected the correct output device (computer or mic) in the system and software settings.
Have you tried it on a different computer to see if it recognizes it as an unknown device? Did you try updating and reinstalling the unknown driver on several other computers?
