1️⃣ Is the microphone being detected by your computer?

On Windows or macOS, check whether the device shows up as “USB PnP Audio Device” or “FIFINE T669 Microphone”, or if it appears as an Unknown Device.


2️⃣ If the microphone is detected:

Are you attempting to hear real-time microphone monitoring through your computer speakers or headphones?


3️⃣ If the microphone appears as an unknown device:

  • Have you tested the microphone on another computer?

  • Have you attempted to update or reinstall the driver multiple times on the same system?
