You can self-check before any proceeding. If you want email support, please include the test result.

1️⃣Is "USB PnP Audio Device" seen by your Windows or Mac, or is it recognized as an unknown device?

For the latest Windows users, to access the sound settings, please right-click the speaker icon at the bottom right, choose "Sound," and then click "Sound Control Panel" at the upper right of the pop-up window.

2️⃣If the computer sees it as an unknown device, have you tested it out on a different computer? Tried to update and reinstall the unknown driver a few times on the same computer?

3️⃣If it's recognized, do you want to hear the mic play through your computer speaker? (Enabling system monitoring feature on Windows or using QuickTime Player on Mac).

4️⃣🔔To get the best sound out of T732, which is defaulted to 100% input volume, we highly recommend to low down the level to below 50% through the computer audio settings.

  • Windows: Right-click the speaker icon at the bottom right-choose "Sound"-click "Sound Control Panel" at the upper right of the pop-up window-"Recording Devices"-right-click "USB PnP Audio Device"-"Level".

  • Mac: Click the Apple icon at the upper left-"System Preferences"-"Sound"-"In"-"Input Volume".
