Download and Install FIFINE Genie

Click here and click “Download FIFINE Genie” to get the installer.

During installation, make sure the installation path uses only English letters for folder names.

After installation, follow the steps to learn how to use Fifine Genie. Click the question mark next to “Main Mixer” to review the tutorial as needed. On the Main Mixer interface, click “Click Here” as prompted to set Fifine Genie as the default audio device on your computer.

If you get a security warning from the browser and system when downloading and installing the software, please note that this is a normal security measure to verify unknown applications. As long as your installer is from the official FIFINE website, it is safe to proceed.

How to Set Sound Output in Streamer Mode with SC8?

After clicking the icon in the top-right corner to open the list, configure the following:

In the Personal Synthesizer, select your headphone output. (This is the audio you hear.)
In the Streaming Synthesizer, select the “Stream”. (This is the sound from the stream.)
In the Microphone Input, select the microphone you are using. (This is your input sound.)

How to Add an Audio Channel in Streamer Mode with SC8?

To Add Channels: Click the + icon in the top-right corner. You can add up to three extra channels.
To Delete Channels: Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner. You will find the option to delete any unwanted channels there.

How to Get Familiar with Sound Channel Control?

The left audio bar in the channel controls the volume for your headphones, while the other one controls the volume for the live-streaming room.

The MASTER channel can control all other audio channels and can even mute them, while the other channels can only control themselves.

How to Get Familiar with Switch Audio Channel?

Audio software will appear in the default channel. It can be moved from the default channel to other channels, but this action is irreversible. Additionally, software in other channels can be moved between each other.

How to Get Familiar with Game Voice Mixer?

The audio levels for the Game and Chat channels can be adjusted using the horizontal slider.

When the slider is in the middle, both channels are at their maximum volume relative to each other. Sliding it to the left keeps the Game channel volume unchanged but reduces the Chat channel volume. Conversely, sliding it to the right keeps the Chat channel volume unchanged but reduces the Game channel volume.

The EQ is used to adjust the audio effect. There are many preset modes available in the list for you to choose from.

By clicking "Import" or "Export," you can save your EQ settings to a local location on your computer and share them with other people.

For custom EQ settings, you can manually adjust the audio effect parameters by moving up to 10 control points. Additionally, you can lock your customizations by clicking the lock icon (click it again to unlock). You can also click the "Reset" button to clear all settings.
