Because of the Windows update, the way to get into the sound control panel has changed slightly. If you have not learned how to do it, check the default input and output device. Below are the steps for you to follow. Just four steps to get the system sound setting checked.
1. Plug the USB microphone into your Windows computer. Wait for a few seconds for the automatic installation of the driver.
2. Right-click the speaker icon at the bottom right of the screen. Click "Sound".
3. Click "Sound Control Panel" in the pop-up window
4. Click "Recording Devices" and "Playback Devices" to make sure you have chosen the correct input and output devices
