Job categories are used to help categorise a field rep's job and can be made for all FIGJAM Jobs.

Job categories are created by managers/supervisors in the FIGJAM Management Portal. These should relate to a business's operations or what a field rep is reporting on - i.e. Promotions, certain products, packaging etc...
