In certain rare cases the FIGJAM App may have a build up of data which causes the app to under perform.
App Data refers to both the cache data (data stored on the device to speed up the app) and other saved data, like your log-in credentials and personal settings of the App. Sometime this stored data can interfere with the way the App functions, therefore clearing data may help in eradicating the Apps unwanted behaviour.
Usually a build up of such data will result in:
A large queue of stuck/pending jobs
Freezing of the app
Incomplete or non-executed synchronisations
Exceptionally slow performance
In such cases, please consult the FIGJAM technical support team. If all other troubleshooting fails, the team may be ask you to clear data.

Clearing Data
Method 1 (In the app):
FIGJAM Main Menu > System > Clear application data
Method 2 (On the device):
Device settings > app manager/apps > FIGJAM > storage > clear data
Re-open the FIGJAM App
