For Device/App users
In the case that you notice there are some missing stores or products from your FigJam App, the first place to start would be to:
Wait for the sync to complete
Search for your missing store or product
If the store or product is still missing, please contact your FIGJAM administrator or FIGJAM Support - they will assist with adding the missing data. After the stores or products have been added from the web side you will need to sync your device again to receive the newly added store or product.
For Web Users (Management)
For web users who are missing stores, you will need to search for the specific store is on the platform through the Web Portal, if the store is not there you will need to add the stores through by selected the "Stores" Tab on the navigation pane or contact FIGJAM Support who will gladly assist you.
